What will you do?

As an all-round CNC machinist, you will be broadly deployed within your field. In this role, you will:

• Operate and monitor various CNC machines (Okuma, Correa).
• Write and optimise CNC programmes for lathes, milling machines, or machining centres.
• Check and install programmes in the machine control system and ensure proper archiving.
• Contribute to production-related technical discussions and propose solutions through graphical simulations.
• Work independently on components based on work orders and technical drawings, taking responsibility for measurements and overall quality.

Knowledge, skills and experience

✅ Affinity with the metal industry or a completed education in metalworking;
✅ At least 3–5 years of experience in CNC turning and milling in a production environment;
✅ Skilled in programming, setting up, and optimising CNC machines (experience with Okuma or Correa is an advantage);
✅ Accurate, solution-oriented, and responsible in your work;
✅ Willingness to follow courses and additional training;
✅ Motivated, eager to learn, and positive in attitude;
