Engineering Manager

We are looking for a talented Engineering Manager to join our team and lead our technical departments in both Middelburg and Giessen. At Alamo NL, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to sustainable vegetation and water management.

Who we are looking for:

As Engineering Manager, you are ultimately responsible for our engineering team. You ensure that projects are completed within the deadlines and budgets and meet our machines' high-quality standards. You also work closely with other departments to develop technical solutions that meet our customers' needs.

What are you going to do:

• Coordinating innovation projects, from concept to implementation, with an eye on budget.
• Engineering of non-standard machines.
• Cost analysis and optimisation of the current product line, aimed at phasing out less profitable parts.
• Ensuring the technical feasibility and quality of development projects through evaluations and checks.
• You are suggesting areas for improvement and implementing process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the technical department.

Skills:

• Do you have a completed education in the field of Engineering;
• You have a passion for our industry and know the players in the market;
• You have at least 5 years' work experience in a similar position;
• You are a team player and communicative;
• You have experience in drawing up, and rolling out, a strategic Engineering policy;
• You have a professional level of communication in Dutch and English; German is an advantage;
