Who we are looking for?

As a Work Planner, you are responsible for an efficient and streamlined process around the planning and work preparation of attachment frames and tractor modifications. You are the point of contact for both internal and external parties and ensure that customer-oriented questions are answered adequately. You work closely with the sales department to ensure that product wishes and legal requirements are met. In addition, you will start and manage work orders in our ERP system and contribute to the configuration and management of new frames.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a driven and structured professional with experience in work preparation within a technical environment. You have an affinity with (agricultural) machinery and construction technology and are able to effectively switch between different parties. As a manager, you have strong communication skills and know how to motivate and guide your team. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a keen eye for safety, quality and cost control. Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage, as is a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.

Knowledge, skills and Experience:

• Minimum of MBO level 4, AD, or completed higher vocational education in the direction of mechanical
  engineering;
• 5 years’ work experience in an equivalent position;
• Dutch language spoken and written is a requirement; German and English are a plus;
• Good command of Excel;
• You have relevant work experience with ERP systems;
• Affinity with mechanisation and mechanical engineering.
