What will you do?

Alamo Group The Netherlands is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled service technician who enjoys being on the road and is willing to travel internationally to carry out a wide range of service activities. In this full-time role, you will work both at customer sites and at our own facilities in the Netherlands. No two days are the same — you are the face of our company and ensure that our machines and systems continue to perform at their best. Your responsibilities include:

• Performing maintenance, service, and repair work on machines at customer locations.
• Diagnosing, analysing and resolving malfunctions.
• Assembling and setting up machines at our production facilities.
• Maintaining contact with customers and providing technical support.
• Managing spare parts inventory in your service van

Knowledge, skills and experience

✅ Affinity with the metal industry or a completed education in metalworking;
✅ At least 3–5 years of experience in CNC turning and milling in a production environment;
✅ Skilled in programming, setting up, and optimising CNC machines (experience with Okuma or Correa is an advantage);
✅ Accurate, solution-oriented, and responsible in your work;
✅ Willingness to follow courses and additional training;
✅ Motivated, eager to learn, and positive in attitude;
