Production Planner - Middelburg

As a Production Planner, you are the crucial link between the shop floor and the office. With your planning skills, technical insight, and strong communication, you align capacity, demand, and delivery timelines seamlessly.

What will you do?

As a Production Planner, you are responsible for creating an efficient medium-term planning for our factory. You align production capacity with demand from sales and ensure that the right tasks are assigned to the right team members. You also help determine realistic delivery dates and ensure that all data is up-to-date and accurate.

You coordinate with multiple departments, spot bottlenecks early, and support continuous improvements across the production process. Thanks to your clear communication and structured approach, the production flow remains smooth and predictable.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a stress-resistant and solution-oriented planner who thrives in a dynamic production environment. You’re quick to adapt, think in solutions, and know how to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels. You have a technical background or interest and are motivated to learn the ins and outs of our processes.

Knowledge, skills, and experience

✅ MBO level 4 (vocational) degree in a technical or business-oriented field
✅ Affinity with the technical or metal industry
✅ Experience in production planning or strong motivation to learn
✅ Excellent communication skills – you’re a connector
✅ Flexible, stress-resistant, and solution-focused
✅ Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems
✅ Fluent in Dutch; English is a plus
✅ Motivated, hands-on attitude (not a 9-to-5 mentality)
