Finance Administrator – Middelburg

From bank transactions to accounts receivable, you keep the figures accurate and our administration organised. As a Finance Administrator in Middelburg (32–40 hours), you ensure smooth processing and clear communication with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.

What will you do?

You will handle the accurate and timely processing of bank transactions and purchase invoices daily. You will work closely with Purchasing and the Warehouse to ensure purchase orders and delivered goods are correctly recorded in the system. You will also manage accounts receivable: identifying overdue payments, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining customer contact about payments. In addition, you will support the month- and year-end close and actively contribute ideas to improve administrative processes.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Processing and coding purchase invoices
  • Monitoring payment terms and following up on outstanding items
  • Processing bank transactions
  • Supporting month- and year-end closings
  • Contact with suppliers and customers about payments and invoices
  • Identifying discrepancies and improving processes


Who are we looking for?

A precise, independent, and eager-to-learn colleague who enjoys structure and figures. You switch easily between tasks, communicate clearly, and feel at home in an international production environment. You quickly grasp ERP systems and are confident with MS Office.

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance (or an ambitious MBO graduate)
✅ Several years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
✅ Experience with automated data processing/ERP
✅ Good command of Dutch and English; German is a plus
✅ Proactive mindset, eye for detail, and a strong sense of ownership
