Your rol as After-Sales Manager

As After Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and further professionalizing the after sales department. You will work closely with the sales and engineering departments. You will be an active member of the MT and will be jointly responsible for monitoring processes, achieving commercial and operational objectives, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Actively maintaining a network of municipal, agricultural, and landscaping
    distributors.
  • Presenting, promoting, and demonstrating the benefits of original brand parts
  • Coordinating communication between key customers and internal departments.
  • Preparing forecasts and sales plans for strategic markets.
  • Developing a training program for distributors and dealers in the field of service and parts.
  • Open and clear communication with colleagues at all levels within the company.
  • Managing a turnover of €12 million to grow to €15 million within three years.

Jouw profiel

✅ Experience within a goal-oriented sales organisation
✅ Demonstrable experience in technical sales of parts
✅ Comfortable managing a small team
✅ Technically skilled and able to solve problems using common sense
✅ Excellent command of English, and preferably German as well
