Are you an accurate and solution-oriented team player with an affinity for mechanization and mechanical engineering? Do you have experience with ERP systems and a background in Mechanical Engineering? In this challenging position, you are the liaison between sales, engineering and production, ensuring optimal project administration and process support. Does this sound like your next step? What you will be doing? 

As Production Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for flawless project administration in our ERP system. You ensure that the process surrounding order confirmations and production orders runs optimally and that all data is up-to-date. In this versatile role, you work independently and in consultation with colleagues on the administrative-technical supervision of our machines. You translate order confirmations from the sales department into concrete production orders and keep the departments involved continuously informed of progress. Together with engineering, you give the go-ahead for the creation of production drawings, perform cost price calculations and determine processing times based on past data. In addition, you monitor the progress of projects and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

We are looking for an accurate and structured professional who enjoys taking responsibility. You have experience with ERP systems and understand the dynamics of production processes. You are a strong communicator and switch effortlessly between different departments. In addition, you have an analytical mind and know how to convert data into concrete actions. Knowledge, skills and experience

• MBO 4 degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Several years of experience in a similar role.
• Good command of the Dutch language (English is an advantage).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Affinity with mechanization and mechanical engineering.
• Solution-oriented thinking.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Process-oriented working and implementing improvements.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics (preferred).
• Reading mechanical engineering drawings.
• Accurate data entry and updating in an ERP system.
